Click on 'help' 'about' menu from any ISaGRAF workbench window and tell us what is displayed version number
Have you installed Sentinel driver (from "\sentinel" directory of workbench CD-ROM)?

Version 3.4 of ISaGRAF workbench requires installation of a specific Sentinel driver:
the version on 3.4 workbench CD-ROM

Version 3.4 requires installation of Sentinel driver even on Win95 and Win98 machines. (On those Win9x platforms, and with 3.3x versions of ISaGRAF workbench, there was no need to install Sentinel for the dongle to work)

=> you may try de-installing Sentinel if any, and installing the version provided on V3.4 workbench CD-ROM

Is it a tiny dongle or a large one (2" x 0.5" x 1.5")?
